Quitting Vaping and Smoking

Life's often like a nonstop race, especially with work and daily stresses. But it's important to know, whether it's vaping or using cigarettes, smoking is harmful to our health.

 

What's the difference?
Vaping is when you inhale vapor from an electronic cigarette or device. This vapor usually has nicotine, which is addictive, and other chemicals. Traditional tobacco use is when you smoke cigarettes, cigars or pipes, which involves burning tobacco and inhaling the smoke.

 

Why is smoking bad?
