Blue Cross Blue Shield does have a network of Participating hospitals overseas. Although we do not have a network of Participating physicians and healthcare professionals overseas, the Overseas Assistance Center can help you locate both a hospital in our network and a physician near where you are staying. You may have to pay for the services and then submit a claim for reimbursement.
