Take the Blue Health Assessment to learn about your current health status and habits. With this quick online tool, you’ll get personalized feedback about your potential health risks, ideas for how to take action and talking points to discuss with your health care provider. You also earn your $35 MyBlue® Wellness Incentive when you complete the Blue Health Assessment.
Coaching Sessions
Need help reaching your health and wellness goals? Try one or all of the 12 online coaching sessions to get feedback, advice and information on positive lifestyle changes. These modules cover a variety of topics including weight management, stress management and nutrition. Plus, in 2013 you’ll receive a $5 credit for every session you complete, up to three sessions, on your health debit card.
