WalkingWorks® helps incorporate physical activity into your busy schedule by giving you the tools to measure and record how far you walk each day. Keeping track of how far you walk every day is fun, easy, and it works. According to the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), use of a pedometer is associated with a significant increase in physical activity and a significant decrease in body mass index and blood pressure.1
Join your fellow FEP members and participate in WalkingWorks today. You can get started now in three easy steps:
Order your pedometer:
Go to the order form page, confirm that you are an FEP member, and order your pedometer (you will be asked for some information from your FEP membership card).
Track your steps
The WalkingWorks site makes it easy to measure your progress towards better health. Once you register, you can use the site to keep track of how many miles you walk each day. To get started, set up your WalkingWorks account here.
