Are You Ready To Go Green with Online Explanation of Benefits?

You can now access your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) information online using the Customer eService feature on fepblue.org.  You can see and print information for claims processed after
January 1, 2010 for you and your family.  Just click on the Member Claims and Eligibility link and enter the range of dates you would like to view.  Then clink on the EOB link.
