Needing medical care outside of the United States can be scary. We make it easy for you. Just call our Overseas Assistance Center at 804.673.1678 collect. The Center can help you locate a provider near you and the Center has bilingual operators who can speak to the provider for you, if the need arises. The Center can also verify your enrollment and make transportation arrangements to another setting if required.
We are pleased to announce that we have formatted all our claim forms available on fepblue.org so you can enter information directly on the form. In the past, you had to print the claim form and complete the information by hand, make a copy for your files and then send it to us. This new feature makes it easier for you to complete claim forms and save the information in your personal records. You can print the completed claim form, sign it and send it back to us.
You can mail your claims to us at Mailroom Administrator, FEP Overseas Claims, P.O. Box 14113, Lexington, KY 40512-4112. On January 1, you can also fax us your claims for care outside the United States. The fax number will be available on fepblue.org or from customer service representatives on January 1, 2010.
