A Snapshot of Your Healthcare Expense
Summer is almost over and you are probably planning for the new school year and looking forward to the cooler temperatures of fall. Before your life gets too hectic, now may be a good time to make sure you and your family’s healthcare records are up-to-date.
MyBlue Personal Health Record keeps track of your personal health data in one place. It is easy to use and we update your information automatically with the claims information submitted by you, your health care providers and pharmacists. You can also create an appointment calendar for health care visits and tests, plus manage your medications.
One of the great features of MyBlue Personal Health Record (MyBlue PHR) is that you will get a Continuity of Care Record that summarizes all of the health information found in your MyBlue PHR to create a portable health record to share with your healthcare providers. You can also print a copy to take with you when you travel just in case you need emergency medical care.
To access your MyBlue PHR, sign-in to MyBlue ID.
If you haven’t registered yet, you will need to complete the registration process. On the MyBlue welcome page, scroll down to My Health and click on View or add to my health record. This takes you to the Blue Health Connection web site and access to the MyBlue Personal Health Record.
If you haven’t done so already, check our MyBlue Personal Health Record and the other online tools in Blue Health Connection to see your health in a whole new way.
