Navigating your coverage overseas

Your guide to overseas coverage
Whether for work or pleasure, traveling overseas is an exciting experience. New sights, sounds and cuisines help make for unforgettable memories. While imminent adventure awaits, it’s important to see how FEP supports your health needs around the world.

Overseas Assistance Center
Through the Overseas Assistance Center, you can use any covered provider overseas. Plus, we waive copays for inpatient care. The best part? In most cases, your copays and coinsurance amounts are the same as they would be in the U.S. and you can get reimbursed for claims in local currency or U.S. dollars.

With the Overseas Assistance Center, you can rest assured knowing you have the support you need—wherever you go.

Overseas Network
We are proud to have over 11,000 providers, including hospitals, clinics, doctors and specialists, in our overseas network.* Many of these providers have agreed to a direct billing arrangement with our Overseas Assistance Center vendor, GeoBlue®. They accept our allowance as payment in full for their services and also file your claims for you.

GeoBlue Pre-Departure Program
Get expert advice to help you transition to a new country, navigate the local healthcare system and avoid any disruptions in care. Be sure to complete the Pre-Departure Questionnaire before your travels so we can understand and support your needs.

Dial into 24/7 care
