Your 2025 FEP New Year Checklist

Welcome to all our new and returning BCBS FEP members! We are excited to have you as a part of our community and to support your health journey throughout 2025.
Here is a checklist of goals and reminders so you can make the most of your FEP benefits and ensure that this will be your healthiest year yet:
- Sign up for MyBlue®
If you’re a new member, make sure to register for MyBlue®, your member-only account that gives you access to your personal health and wellness resources via our private portal or mobile app.
- Download the fepblue mobile app
Our free fepblue app allows you to easily access your FEP benefits and resources anytime, anywhere. Get it on the App Store® or Google Play™.
- Take the Blue Health Assessment
Not sure which wellness goals to focus on for this year? Our Blue Health Assessment (BHA) helps you create a personalized action plan by asking you some simple questions about your health. Plus, FEP Blue Standard™ and FEP Blue Basic™ members earn $50 when they complete the BHA each year. It’s about time you get rewarded for actively working toward your New Year resolutions.
- Start Daily Habits Coaching Goals
The incentives don’t stop after taking the Blue Health Assessment. With Daily Habits, you can work toward your personalized action plan’s wellness goals and get rewarded for it. If you’re an FEP Blue Standard or FEP Blue Basic member, you can earn up to $120 for completing a maximum of three Daily Habits goals.
- Sign up for incentive programs
In 2025, we’re going to finally stick to those wellness resolutions all year long. Make sure to check out our other incentive programs, including:
- Routine Annual Physical Incentive Program
- Pregnancy Care Incentive Program
- Hypertension Management Program
- Tobacco Cessation Incentive Program
If any of these programs could apply to you, don’t forget to sign up and start earning rewards for taking an active role in your health for the long term.
